NWHMB goes international!

On Friday 22nd February we received an urgent telephone call from a hospital in Dublin. The hospital urgently needed donor milk but the Irish Milk Bank were unable to supply. Merseyside Blood Bikes came to the rescue and agreed to transport the milk to Dublin overnight. P&O Ferries generously offered free passage from Liverpool to Dublin and blood biker Kirk, supported by Blood Bikes Ireland, delivered the milk on Saturday morning.
