EMBA conference October 2017

The European Milk Bank Association conference took place this week in Glasgow. NWHMB attended and learnt a lot about current developments in the world of milk banking. Our milk bank co-ordinator Carol Barnes presented her poster “Listening to our donors”. The poster explains about changes we have made to our processes following feedback given by our donors in a questionnaire earlier this year.
